Our story
At Weaver & Whisk, we believe bread should be as beautiful as it is nourishing. Operating from our home kitchen in Wedgefield, Florida, we produce small-batch, handcrafted breads and bread-based goods using natural fermentation, quality ingredients, and traditional techniques.
Each loaf is made with intention — shaped by hand, fermented slowly, and baked to bring out the rich, complex flavors that only time and care can create. Whether it’s our signature sourdough, soft sandwich loaves, or seasonal specialties, we’re here to share honest bread made the old-fashioned way — with heart, skill, and soul.

Weaver & Whisk is a small-batch, nurse-owned family run microbakery built on the belief that nourishment is an act of care. As a registered nurse, I’ve spent years tending to the health and well-being of others — and that same dedication to quality, intention, and compassion now shapes every loaf I bake. From the careful sourcing of organic ingredients to the slow fermentation of each sourdough, my goal is to create real bread that feeds both body and soul.
